Thinking about thinking is called metacognition. It’s an essential process we humans use to determine the best strategies for problem-solving. (Hmm, doesn't that sound like writing, acting and directing?)

You will know that in these articles I love to mash-up science, philosophy and acting methodology to open new ways for you to think about acting and story-making.
