Actually, it does not matter where in the world I am, it is always Internal Landscape that creates the quickest and deepest pathway to change for an actor!
Internal Landscape is being specific about the images and thoughts in your mind. It is grounding your thoughts and references in real-world experiences as a booster-rocket into the creation of the imaginary world of the drama. It is reminding yourself that behind and beyond the play of light on our skin, we humans have complex thought patterns.
